I really do think…

Food just brings us together in so many ways. It’s a ritual when you break it down.A sustainable life just sounds balanced! If I’m going to eat every day… don’t I deserve the best it can be? Wouldn’t you agree?

Good food takes piece(s), love and understanding

To me cooking is just a ritual, i do it for me and my loved ones. It’s the most personal thing I can share, and I really hope you will want to share with your loved ones aswell. Food is about connecting on a sensationalists level, you can bond over seeing plates cleaned in total silence. I hope i can inspire you to take care of what you are making and enjoy its momentums. It’s a zen like moment when you have gotten into the habit of preparing your food.

I moved to the middle of Sweden from the south of France just before the millennial shift, cultural change and yet eating together remained the same. My Grandmother originated from this part of the world and owned an old Café in a tiny village outside Åre. When visiting her, growing up, she would cook the local dishes of Jämtland. In the summers my family would go out into the woods to pick berries and mushrooms. Go fishing in the fjords and staying the night in the woods. But that was me growing up…

So this is my journey in my kitchen and garden.

Maybe this can inspire you?
